Confidentiality
Personal information held by Artforkidz is considered confidential and will not be shared with any other student or parent.
Class Changes or Cancellations due to Teacher Absence
ArtforKidz reserves the right to cancel individual classes due to unavoidable circumstances. However if this does occur a make-up class will be scheduled.
In the case of an unexpected or short notice Teacher absence, Artforkidz reserves the right to find a substitute teacher to take over the scheduled class period.
Refunds or Credits
Refunds or Credits are given if class is full or if there is insufficient enrolment.
Refunds and make-ups will not be given for student absence due to personal schedule conflicts or sickness.
Please note that once a class has commenced payments are non-refundable.
Special Needs (physical, mental, or emotional)
Should be brought to the attention of the art teacher prior to registration, in order to provide all of our students with the most effective learning environment at our studio.
If special assistance is required during the school day, parents/guardians must provide similar assistance for his/her child at the studio as well.
Parents/guardians are required to inform ArtforKidz at the time of registration of any allergies, or physical, emotional, or learning needs their child may have.
If a child has severe allergies and requires medical attention such as Epipen, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the child carries this at all times to all classes.
Student Property
ArtforKidz is not responsible for artwork and other property left on the premises and has no liability if such property is lost, stolen or damaged.
Artwork or property left two weeks after the term ends will be discarded.
Student Drop-off
Artforkidz is not responsible for students before or after class time.
Students are not allowed on the premises until the commencement of class.
Parent Pick-up
Repeated lateness may lead to discharge from the class with no refund.
It is important that students are picked up on time due to necessary clean-up and prep time.
Please call 0411340637 in advance if there will be any unusual delays.
Please ensure you arrive in good time to collect your child at the end of their class. If a parent is late the student is to stay within the class room.
The safety of older students who make their own way to and from classes is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
RELEASE AND PERMISSION TO USE ARTWORK/IMAGES FOR ADVERTISING/TEACHING/LESSON PLANS/SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITE & PUBLICITY PURPOSES
Please note that Artforkidz & Nicole Crouch will only publish artwork that the child has produced and will not take photos of your child. First names and the age of the child may be mentioned, but their will be no disclosure of personal information about the child.
I give Nicole Crouch (Artforkidz) permission to photograph my child ‘s artwork
for advertising/teaching/lesson plans/social media and publicity purposes.
I grant Nicole Crouch and Artforkidz the right to use the photograph/s and photographic negative/s (whether digital or film) on its art websites and in publications, which may include, but is not limited to posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.
I understand and grant Nicole Crouch and Artforkidz the right to crop and/or collage the image(s) with others. I understand that Nicole Crouch may transmit the image(s) in digital form over the Internet.
* Social media’ refers to a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, blogging, Instagram, Websites and other social media outlets.
