Our online art lessons offer a gentle invitation to discover the joy of creating. Through thoughtful instruction and hands-on activities, children are encouraged to observe carefully, develop practical artistic skills and grow in confidence as they explore their own creativity.
Designed for children aged 5 –16 years, these beginner to intermediate lessons provide an enjoyable and flexible approach to learning art at home.
However, the pleasure of creating art knows no age limit! Adults are warmly invited to join in, discover new skills and enjoy the creative journey alongside their children.
So age doesn't really matter.

What Will Your Child Learn?
Through a variety of creative activities, children will be introduced to:
• Drawing techniques – developing observation, pencil control and drawing skills.
• Colour mixing and blending – discovering how colours work together.
• Art materials and mediums – exploring painting, drawing and different artistic techniques.
• Fine motor skills – strengthening coordination and control through practical artmaking.

​Lesson Format and Flexible Learning
Our lessons are designed to fit comfortably into your family's daily rhythm, allowing children to learn at a pace that suits their age, ability and interests.
Each course contains a series of lessons, presented through short instructional videos of no more than nine minutes each.
These videos provide clear, step-by-step demonstrations, allowing children to watch, practise and develop their skills as they progress.
How long does a lesson take?
The time required will depend on the complexity of the project and your child's experience.
• Short projects may be completed in approximately one hour.
• Longer activities can be enjoyed over several days or weeks.
• More detailed projects may be spread across six weeks or incorporated into a term of art study.
The nine-minute videos are teaching segments rather than the total time required for an activity.
There is no fixed timetable. You are free to arrange the lessons around your family's routine, allowing your child time to observe, experiment and enjoy each stage of the creative process.
How to Begin
Each lesson is easy to follow, with practical guidance for both parents and children.
Prepare – Read the accompanying booklet and gather your art materials.
Watch – Begin with the first short video demonstration.
Create – Pause the video and allow your child to complete the activity.
Continue – Move on to the next demonstration when your child is ready.
You may enjoy several activities in one sitting or return to the lesson another day.
The aim is to make art a natural and rewarding part of your child's education, with time for thoughtful work and personal discovery.
