HOW IT WORKS

Purchase the online course @ shop

Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent to you from artforkidz.com.au@gmail.com with your video tutorial link and a list of materials required. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive this email.

When you receive the email. There will be a list of times/dates you can choose from to book in your zoom sessions.

Zoom sessions can be booked between 10.00am - 2pm on a Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday (Eastern Standard Time, Australia. NSW)

Once the times/dates have been organised the teacher will send you a link and you will be ready to start your zoom sessions.

Terms & Conditions for Zoom Sessions

All Zoom Sessions will be run by a trained art teacher and will start and finish at the approximate time/date agreed upon by art teacher & student.

The art teacher will contact you via email to schedule a time and date that is suitable for you. We will do our best to accommodate the best times that work for you. However this may not always be possible due to other bookings and classes that may be running.

It will be the students responsibility to attend the Zoom session on the day that the appointment was booked. Unfortunately if you are unable to attend the zoom session you will have to forfeit that session as there will be no make up sessions.

If by some unforeseen circumstance and the art teacher has to cancel the session. You will be entitled to a makeup zoom session.
HOW TO USE ZOOM FOR ONLINE ART CLASSES
Setting Up Zoom
If you will be on a computer that is using Zoom for the first time, give yourself 15 minutes before the meeting to click on your class link and to follow the prompts to download the software.

If you are on a phone or tablet that is using Zoom for the first time, you will need to download the Zoom app. Visit either Apple’s App store, Google Play Store or the appropriate app download center for your device.
ZOOM IS FREE TO DOWNLOAD AND USE!
Once downloaded, search in your apps for ZOOM Cloud Meetings and make sure the app icon looks like a white video camera on a blue background.
During Your Class
You will be on camera, so that the teacher can sense you and respond to the needs of the students. If for any reason you do not want to be on camera, it is possible to turn the video off on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, but this will mean the teacher is not able to speak to you personally.
IF YOUR CAMERA IS NOT WORKING
You will need to install the updated version of Zoom on your computer. Once you do this, restart your computer and try connecting again via the link. If that does not work, please connect to our class on your Smartphone or other device such as a tablet.

IF YOUR AUDIO IS NOT WORKING
You may need to check that your speakers are on, or you may need to adjust your privacy settings to allow Zoom access to your microphone (mic for short).
